Pike Street Center Faculty (PRIS) is amassing meals for 80 households through the first trial Thanksgiving occasion.
Based on Brittany Parker, a faculty counselor and pupil authorities councilor (SGA), the motion started on November 8 and can finish on November 12.
Donations will go to the meals pantry of Woodland United Methodist Church, which serves households in want in japanese Montgomery.
“SGA members needed to do one thing through the holidays to profit communities and households in want,” Parker stated, including that the college is engaged on the mission with Stacy Dickinson of Woodland UMC.
